I hope you had a wonderful holiday, and I hope 2011 was a good year for you and your family. With the first regular Board meeting of the new year coming up, I want to take a moment to reflect on the year we’ve just wrapped up. To do so is to recognize how fortunate we are in Arlington. I want to thank all of my colleagues, the County Manager and staff, and the many citizens who worked with me during my chairmanship this past year.
